PROJECT FACILITATION

It’s the little things that help a project run smoothly, like carefully crafted agendas, good planning and measurement processes, scheduling, meeting facilitation, and accountability. Without these important and often overlooked factors, your project won’t flow.

What to expect:

  • Facilitation through phases of project management (conceptualization, planning, implementation, evaluation, completion and closure), in partnership with your project manager

  • Planned agendas and facilitation of project meetings

  • Implementation of task management and accountability systems

  • Availability to work as a member of the project team, depending on availability and skill set needed

“Kim is a thorough and inclusive collaborator. I have seen her work directly on-the-ground to bring together stakeholders from various backgrounds and collect their input in a meaningful way that grew a regional project into a well-funded state-wide project. She is able to effectively organize thoughts and ideas and presents a path forward for challenging projects with all partners in mind and helps inspire meaningful change.”

— Shay Farmer, former Programs and Finance Director, Community Food & Agriculture Coalition
